Lynette D. Stewart, MD, FACOG, is founder and chief operating officer at Georgia Center for Female Health, serving the Atlanta metropolitan area with two convenient offices in Peachtree Corners and Decatur, Georgia. Dr. Stewart’s philosophy for practicing medicine is about building trusting relationships, communicating clearly, and educating patients so that they can make well-informed decisions about their health.
Dr. Stewart is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists as well as a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She began her medical career as an undergraduate student at Tuskegee University in Alabama, where she graduated summa cum laude. Dr. Stewart earned her medical degree at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. She then completed an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Catholic Medical Center in Queens, New York.
In addition to her commitment to providing superior comprehensive OB/GYN care for her patient, Dr. Stewart has a special interest in aesthetics and skin care. She is completing a fellowship in Anti-Aging and Functional Medicine at the University of South Florida. When she isn’t in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and ballet, modern dance, and Caribbean dance.
